I purchased a Citroen Picasso Grande 2015 model from SVG in August 2023. My main contact was Stuart who was very helpful in the purchasing process and also Duncan on the day I collected the car. I did not ask for this but Stuart obtained a new two year ITV certificate and also phoned me to say he felt the timing belt could do with being replaced before I collected the car. Both the ITV and timing belt were done and included in the purchase price.

What an absolutely superb team. I bought a Seat Altea Xl from them and after a few weeks the automatic gearbox developed a problem. They took the car back and had the gearbox completely rebuilt and other (very expensive) parts changed, All the work was completed with no expense spared, the communication was excellent and I knew at all times what was going on with the repairs.

Having discovered that the folding wing mirror on the driver’s side of my Toyota Avensis wouldn’t fold, 3 days after buying it, the guys at Specialist Vehicles tried to fix it but when it became obvious it needed a new part they ordered it and fitted it at their expense and at my convenience. I purchased my second car from SVG just before Christmas, having had my first car from them back in 2005, just before moving to Spain. Many things impress about this company, the first being continuity, the guys I dealt with in the UK and Spain in 2005 are all still there. Dealing with SVG was a totally hassle free experience on both occasions. I simply told David what I wanted and he found it for me, exactly to the specification I gave him. He gave me fair price for my old car and didn't over charge for the new one, which included delivery to Valencia. I would not consider buying a car from any other source, two sayings come to mind, "it does exactly what it says on the tin" and "if it isn't broken - don't fix it".
